- Colors often appear 1-2 shades lighter in large spaces due to light reflection on the textured surface.
- Darker colors like Gunflint, Charcoal, or Brazilian Black are great for masking dirt between cleanings.
- Our six Best-of-Best stock colors—Brashed Gray, Charcoal, Gunflint Cliff, Sea Leaf, Baja Beige, and Brazilian Black—are on display and are consistent with the options shown during your in-home estimate.

Where To Find Us: Our showroom is conveniently located at 1901 East 119th Street; Olathe, KS 66062 , near Bass Pro Shops and the Furniture Mall of Kansas. Look for the Overhead Door building, identified by its corporate name, DH Pace. Enter through the door under the awning on the southwest side of the building labeled "Residential Showroom."
Hours: The Overhead Door Showroom is typically open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to Noon. No appointment is needed, but we suggest calling ahead at 913-648-3667 and asking to be transferred to Frank in the Showroom to ensure it's open before you visit.
